Since the 18th century, the National Museum of Natural Science has been one of the most emblematic institutions of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). It promotes the fullest possible knowledge about the diversity of the natural world, and works to improve the way society views science and the wealth of our natural heritage.
It is a cutting-edge museum institution and unique in Spain.
The dinosaurs have now returned as part of the permanent exhibition on Minerals, Fossils and Human Evolution.
